FirstEnergy Stadium was designed for the enjoyment of all guests. The stadium provides accommodations for those with special needs that will allow for an enjoyable gameday experience. We hope that this information, which explains our services, programs and policies, will make your visit a truly enjoyable and memorable experience.

Accessible Tickets

Accessible seating is located on all levels of FirstEnergy Stadium in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests who are in need of PURCHASING accessible seating should contact Ticketmaster prior to game day at 800-745-3000. ADA Drop Off

ADA Drop Off can be accessed on both sides of the stadium 2 hours prior to kickoff at the SW Gate on W. 3rd street and UH Gate on Erieside Avenue. To exit the stadium once dropped off, take Erieside Avenue to W. 3rd Street around the stadium and through the Orange lot onto Route 2 East. Once road closures are in effect after the 2 hours, ADA Drop Off can be accessed by taking Route 2 East to E. 55th Street to N. Marginal Street down Erieside Avenue through the Great Lakes Science Center Drive at the UH Gate on Erieside Avenue. To exit the stadium once dropped off, take Erieside Avenue to North Coast Harbor Lot to turn around back down Erieside Avenue. Assisted Listening Devices

Guests who are hearing or sight impaired may request assisted listening devices at the following Guest Services locations:

  • 100 Level – 102 & 136
  • 300 Level – 342
  • 500 Level – 509 & 534

The devices are free to check out, but a valid driver’s license or major credit card is required as a deposit. [top]

Comfort Kits

Guests with special needs can check out Comfort Kits at the Guest Services booth at sections 136 and 534. The items available include, but are not limited to:

  • Coloring books and crayons
  • Noise canceling head phones
  • Sunglasses
  • Tangle therapy hand fidget toys
  • Weighted neck pillows and lap blankets

Comfort Kit items are free to check out, but a valid driver’s license or major credit card is required as a deposit. [top]

Companion Seating

Each wheelchair accessible seat includes the option to purchase at least one (1) companion seat immediately adjacent to the wheelchair location and, subject to availability at the time of purchase, up to a total of three (3) additional companion seats. Guests in need of additional companion seats should advise their ticket representatives at time of purchase, and every effort will be made to locate them as close to the wheelchair space and one (1) adjacent companion seat. Unsold platform seating may be released for public sale in accordance with applicable law. [top]

Closed Captioning

FirstEnergy Stadium offers closed captioning services to guests who are hearing impaired. Guests can use their own smart phone to access the service, or they may check out a device the from the Guest Services location at section 102 (a valid driver’s license or major credit card is required). Elevators are reserved for guests with disabilities, suite ticket holders and properly credentialed staff and guests. Elevators can be found at sections 102, 115, 118, 122, 131 & 136.

Mobility Assistance Team

Guests requiring assistance to and from their seats can request Mobility Assistance at any Guest Services location. A limited number of wheelchairs are available to assist with transporting guests to and from their seats. If a wheelchair is needed for the duration of the game, guests must supply their own wheelchair. [top]


Guests with special needs will be responsible for making their own parking arrangements. A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a game-by-game basis through the parking operators in the downtown area. See the Drop Off section above. [top]


Spacious restrooms with accessible features are located on all levels of FirstEnergy Stadium. In addition there are Family Restrooms (single stall) located on each level of the stadium. [top]

Service Animals

Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the stadium. [top]

Ticket Exchange

Should a guest need access to a wheelchair space or accessible seating on a temporary basis, accommodations can be made through the Cleveland Browns Ticket Office. The tickets may only be exchanged, based on availability of existing accessible seats by contacting the Browns Ticket Office prior to game day. Please call the Ticket Office at 440-891-5050 to report your need for accessible seating and to check availability.

Due to the high demand, accessible seating can run out. We recommend you contact the Browns Ticket Office as soon as you know you will be in need of assistance. Guests with tickets in accessible seating that are not in need of accessible seats are encouraged to exchange their tickets for non-accessible seating by contacting the Browns Ticketing Department at (440) 824-3434.
