(440) 824-6000 – gives guests the ability to anonymously report disruptive or inappropriate behavior, ask questions, directions, and locations. The text tip line is only available during games.
All general admissions must exit the stadium immediately after the game or at the discretion of Cleveland Police. All premium areas, including Clubs and Suites, must exit the stadium 1 hour after the game. Exit gates include UH gate, CREE Ramp, North Grand Staircase, Fifth Third Bank Ramp, Meijer Gate and both South 7UP City Club entrances.

We are a cashless stadium. Points of sale accept all major credit cards. There are reverse ATMs, called Cash to Card, available throughout the stadium at the following locations.
100 Level – 113, 129, 138, 148 & Main Pro Shop
300 Level – 313 (7UP City Club), 317, 328 (Lake Club) & 341
500 Level – 515 & 537
BUD LIGHT BALCONY & PARTY DECK
Located in 400 East End Zone, the Bud Light Balcony and Party Deck provide great views of the stadium and a variety of food and beverage options. They are accessible via the stairs at Section 118 or 122, or the elevator at Section 122.
100 Level – 122, 130, 137 & 149
200 Level – SW ramp outside Suite 201
300 Level – 301 (7UP City Club), 319 & 336 (Lake Club)
400 Level – Outside Suites 443 & 494, Bud Light Balcony
500 Level – 503, 530 & 537
The Family Zone is located in Section 351. This section can be accessed by taking the NW Exterior Escalator, the elevator by section 133, or any NW ramp to the 500 level. The Family Zone will be the farthest West section on 500 North. No alcohol is allowed in the Family Zone.

GUEST SERVICES LOCATIONS
There are 10 Guest Services locations throughout the stadium. They are staffed with knowledgeable attendants ready to assist fans with general information, stadium directions, lost and found, and accommodations for guests with disabilities. Guest Services can be found at the following locations:

300 Level – 305 (7UP City Club), 317, 329 (Lake Club) & 342
500 Level – 509 & 534
There are several Pro Shop locations available on gameday in the following locations.

The Main Pro Shop is located on the south side of the stadium, publicly accessible on gameday from Alfred Lerner Way from 11 am – approximately 20 minutes after game ends. The Main Pro Shop will not be accessible from the main concourse on gameday. See Pro Shop for more details.

Designated smoking sections are available outside any gate except for the 7UP City Club entrances. These gates include: Meijer gate, University Hospitals gate, CREE gate and Fifth Third Bank gate.
Dawg Pound Drive – POSTPONED
Dawg Pound Drive is a family-friendly zone with a tailgate feel, while remaining close to the stadium to grant fans easy access to enter prior to kickoff. Dawg Pound Drive is located on the south side of FirstEnergy Stadium. It is open three hours prior to the start of each home game and runs up until kickoff. Dawg Pound Drive features a stage, local cover bands, a local DJ, Cleveland based food trucks, photo opportunities, inflatables, pictures with Swagger, our 40-yard dash, and much more! Come join the fun at Dawg Pound Drive! Dawg Pound Drive has been postponed for the 2020 season, but we hope to see you there next season!
