Accessible seating is located on all levels of FirstEnergy Stadium in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Guests who are in need of purchasing accessible seating should contact Ticketmaster prior to game day at 800-745-3000.
Each wheelchair accessible seat includes the option to purchase at least one (1) companion seat immediately adjacent to the wheelchair location and, subject to availability at the time of purchase, up to a total of three (3) additional companion seats. Guests in need of additional companion seats should advise their ticket representatives at time of purchase, and every effort will be made to locate them as close to the wheelchair space and one (1) adjacent companion seat. Unsold platform seating may be released for public sale in accordance with applicable law.
ADA Drop Off & Pick Up
To ensure the most convenient drop off and pick up procedure, please follow the steps below.
- Drop off no later than an hour prior to kickoff
- Pickup no later than the start of the 4th quarter
- ADA drop off and pickup area is located on Erieside Avenue
- Medical exception entrances are located at the North Visitor Entrance, SW 7UP City Club Entrance, and SE 7UP City Club Entrance

Assisted Listening Devices
Guests who are hearing or sight impaired may request assisted listening devices at any Guest Services locations. The devices are free to check out, but a valid driver’s license or major credit card is required as a deposit. [top]
Guests with special needs can check out Comfort Kits at any of the Guest Services locations. The items available include, but are not limited to:
- Coloring books and crayons
- Noise canceling head phones
- Tangle therapy hand fidget toys
- Weighted neck pillows and lap blankets
Comfort Kit items are free to check out, but a valid driver’s license or major credit card is required as a deposit. [top]
FirstEnergy Stadium offers closed captioning services to guests who are hearing impaired. Continuous game action captioning is available on the stadium seating bowl corner ribbon boards. Guests can also access stadium captioning using their mobile device. The stadium captioning service starts once the event starts on gameday.
To access the stadium captioning using a mobile device:
- Open the internet browser on your mobile device
- Type mobilecap.net into the address bar
- Enter name (Browns) & Event ID (1913), then click join
Elevators are reserved for guests with disabilities, suite ticket holders and properly credentialed staff and guests. Elevators can be found at sections 102, 115, 118, 122, 131 & 136.

All entrances at FirstEnergy Stadium are accessible for guests with disabilities. Should you need further assistance, there are medical entrances available at the south 7UP City Club entrances and the North Media Pavilion. [top]
Mobility Assistance Team
Guests requiring assistance to and from their seats can request Mobility Assistance at any Guest Services location. A limited number of wheelchairs are available to assist with transporting guests to and from their seats. If a wheelchair is needed for the duration of the game, guests must supply their own wheelchair. [top]
Guests will be responsible for making their own parking arrangements. A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available on a game-by-game basis through the parking operators in the downtown area. See the ADA Drop off & Pick Up section above. [top]
Spacious restrooms with accessible features are located on all levels of FirstEnergy Stadium. In addition there are Family Restrooms (single stall) located on each level of the stadium. [top]
Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside the stadium. [top]
Should a guest need access to a wheelchair space or accessible seating on a temporary basis, accommodations can be made through the Cleveland Browns Ticket Office. The tickets may only be exchanged, based on availability of existing accessible seats by contacting the Browns Ticket Office prior to game day. Please call the Ticket Office at 440-891-5050 to report your need for accessible seating and to check availability.
Due to the high demand, accessible seating can run out. We recommend you contact the Browns Ticket Office as soon as you know you will be in need of assistance. Guests with tickets in accessible seating that are not in need of accessible seats are encouraged to exchange their tickets for non-accessible seating by contacting the Browns Ticketing Department at (440) 824-3434.
